Overview

The Call Center Representative provides courteous, prompt, and excellent member service by answering incoming calls and providing general account and loan information. This role also involves building relationships with members by suggesting appropriate products and services.

In Short

  • Practice Call Center Standards for all incoming calls.

  • Work in a hybrid model with initial training in-person.
  • Scheduled shifts based on operational needs.
  • Meet average call volume goals and KPIs.
  • Communicate with members through chat on a rotating schedule.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six months of similar or related experience.
  • Strong member service skills.
  • Outstanding telephone communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and services.
  • Skilled in building and enhancing relationships through sales and service.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Reliable with a strong attendance record.
