Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Call Center Representatives to join our remote customer service team. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish—all while working from the comfort of your home.

In Short

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys (if applicable)
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or orders
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with patience and empathy
  • Document call details and update customer records in the system
  • Follow call center scripts and procedures when handling different topics
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Meet individual and team performance targets

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using computers and call center software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
