Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year call center experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically to analyze and solve problems.
