Overview

This position plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team at Renewal by Andersen, focusing on generating leads and managing customer interactions from a remote setting.

In Short

Work from home position, must live in Indiana.
Dial out to homeowners while managing inbound calls.
Document and track appointments accurately.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
Must be available for varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Paid training provided.
Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commission.
Full insurance package available for full-time employees.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Sales mindset and metrics-driven.
Ability to multitask through various systems.
Must work until 10:30 PM at least once a week.
Available to work during operating hours: Monday-Friday: 7:50 AM-10:30 PM, Weekends: 8:50 AM-8 PM.
