Overview

The Call Center Representative will provide courteous, prompt, and excellent member service by answering incoming calls and providing general account and loan information in a professional manner.

In Short

  • Provide excellent member service and answer incoming calls.
  • Practice Call Center Standards for all incoming calls.
  • Suggest appropriate products and services to members.
  • Initial training is in-person for 6-8 weeks.
  • Telecommuting available after initial training.
  • Work scheduled between Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.
  • Meet average call volume goals and KPIs.
  • Communicate with members through Chat on a rotating schedule.
  • Support Clearview’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six months of similar or related experience required.
  • Strong member service skills.
  • Outstanding telephone communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and services.
  • Skilled in building and enhancing relationships through sales and service.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible with working hours.
  • Reliable with a strong attendance record.
