Overview

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle a large volume of calls regarding patient care needs, while adhering to the company's core values.

In Short

  • Professionally respond to clinical, administrative, or access inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments in a timely manner.
  • Answer calls and request refills and referrals.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills.
  • Possibility of remote work after 90 days.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical office experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year in a clerical position.
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent telephone voice and listening skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent attendance and stable work history.
  • Strong typing and internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
