Call Center Representative - Remote

Overview

Baystate Health is seeking a customer service focused individual to join our remote Call Center team, supporting our Baystate Medical Practices.

In Short

• Work remotely from various states including CT, FL, MA, MD, NH, NC, OH, RI, TN, TX, VT, VA.
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Responsibilities include receiving inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must obtain a medical terminology certificate within 1 year.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills required.
