Overview

The Administrative Assistant/Community Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Vice President of the Inside Sales Center while enhancing the overall culture, organization, and community impact of the team.

In Short

  • Provide direct administrative support to the VP, including calendar and inbox management.
  • Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Serve as the office manager for the call center.
  • Plan and coordinate in-house celebrations and team events.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for volunteer and charitable activities.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and internal communications.
  • Support special projects or operational initiatives as assigned.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local nonprofits.
  • Track engagement and impact for internal reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative support or office management role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate events and manage logistics.
  • Friendly and proactive with a service-minded attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
