The Direct Vertical Market Sales Representative is responsible for seeking out new business opportunities in vertical commercial markets, particularly focusing on multi-family housing.

Requirements

  • At least one year of outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record in new business development.
  • Experience meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license required for travel.
  • Experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Relationships within relevant sectors preferred.
