Overview

The Safeguard Medical Direct Sales Representative is responsible for sales activities in a geographical region including strategy development, tactical implementation, sales revenue growth, region profitability, and support and direction for 10 or more aligned Channel Partners.

In Short

  • Collaborates with the Director of Sales to develop region’s quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Monitors and communicates the region’s progress against sales objectives.
  • Develops key relationships with existing and prospective channel partners.
  • Performs quarterly business reviews with channel partners.
  • Cross-sells Safeguard Medical products into key verticals.
  • Ensures sales team is equipped with necessary tools and resources.
  • Coordinates with Regional Trauma SME for sales support.
  • Executes new product launches and promotions.
  • Engages with Product Development and Management as needed.
  • Adheres to regional budget and files expense reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ field sales experience.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more within assigned territory.
  • Advanced computer proficiency including MS Office.
  • English language fluency required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
