Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

Match Group is seeking a motivated and talented Corporate Paralegal to help us navigate through the myriad of corporate governance and public company reporting-related matters that we face around the world.

In Short

• Support compliance with U.S. securities laws and review Section 16 filings.
• Assist in shareholder meeting processes and corporate governance practices.
• Collaborate with global teams on corporate governance matters.
• Maintain corporate records for U.S. and non-U.S. entities.
• Prepare and complete corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries about global entities.
• Coordinate signatures and notarizations for legal documents globally.
• Identify and implement improvements to operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. public company reporting and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with online entity management platforms.
