In Short

• Prepare and manage business registrations and ongoing state filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain and track business licenses, registrations, and renewal schedules required for operating in the animal health and pharmaceutical space.
• Support the company’s compliance with relevant regulations, including healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Assist in maintaining legal entity records and corporate governance documentation.
• Draft, review, and organize contracts and legal agreements.
• Assist with due diligence and audits related to licensing, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect information for filings.
• Serve as a point of contact with state agencies and licensing boards.
• Maintain compliance tracking tools and systems.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a corporate paralegal or legal operations specialist.
• Strong understanding of corporate compliance, business licensing, and multi-state filings.
• Administrative and organizational skills, with demonstrated experience managing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
