Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are actively seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution and delivery of services by the Legal Department. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with change, detail-oriented, highly organized, and a proactive problem solver. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will be the third hire in the legal department.

In Short

• Provide support to the Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Paralegal.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and amending various legal agreements.
• Work with internal business teams regarding legal processes.
• Maintain records to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Prepare general correspondence in support of contracts.
• Assist in monitoring legal documents and compliance policies.
• Act as point of contact for departmental tracking of contracts.
• Assist with corporate records preparation and maintenance.
• Maintain contract platform databases.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal or legal assistant.
• Experience in an in-house legal department at a software company is a plus.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred; paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Pro.
• Experience with contract management software and Salesforce is preferred.
• Comfortable operating autonomously and escalating when required.
