Overview

The Associate Customer Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customers using Fleetio's fleet management software, providing essential technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for basic technical support and product-related inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for tier 1 tickets via phone and email.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of fleet management software features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Support Specialists and Shift Leads to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes.
  • Work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer or technical support, preferably in software.
  • Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for support.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in customer support tools and software.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
