Overview

The Training Specialist I collaborates across the organization and with Beck Technology customers to develop and maintain internal and external online training materials and technical articles for DESTINI products.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in managing learning projects.
• Experience in developing training manuals and multimedia content.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Effective team player with a customer-centric attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to follow processes accurately.
