Overview

Beck Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels, events, and internal systems.

In Short

• Support marketing initiatives across digital channels and events.
• Build and deploy marketing emails using HubSpot.
• Maintain and manage marketing databases.
• Post and update blog content on the company website.
• Assist with planning and executing company events.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Manage marketing assets and files.
• Collaborate with internal teams for content publication.
• Assist with email segmentation and campaign tracking.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM/database management.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Experience in event marketing (preferred).
• Collaborative team player.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
