Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting, hands-on role for a marketer who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow. You’ll support the planning and execution of marketing activities across campaigns, events, and digital channels, helping to build INSTANDA’s presence in the North American insurance market.

In Short

• Support the delivery of North America marketing campaigns, from email to social and paid activity.
• Help localize and distribute content such as blogs, case studies, and client stories for the US market.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to produce marketing materials for events and digital channels.
• Support the planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Work with the sales team to maximize event ROI from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up.
• Help manage relationships with partners, agencies, and industry associations.
• Assist with campaign setup and reporting in HubSpot (or similar platforms).
• Monitor lead flow, ensure data accuracy, and help track campaign performance.
• Contribute ideas to improve digital engagement and lead generation.
• Partner with UK-based Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment across regions.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, preferably in a technology or insurance environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
