Overview

We are looking to expand our team with Configuration Analysts based in South Africa. This client-facing role will focus on analysing requirements, documentation, design, and configuration of the INSTANDA platform to meet our clients’ needs.

In Short

Configure and deliver insurance products for distribution on the INSTANDA platform.
Offer pre-sales support with preparing prospect demos and workshops.
Support design and discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in configuring proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Effectively capture and document business requirements.
Support client delivery and engineering teams.
Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
Support training initiatives for clients and users.
Adopt a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
Potential for travel to client destinations when required.

Requirements

Exposure to the insurance industry is highly advantageous.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Collaborative team player dedicated to delivering effective solutions.
