Configuration Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Provide support and assist in the implementation of new customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on projects.
• Oversee the technical aspects of implementations for new and existing customers.
• Strong interest in B2B Enterprise SaaS implementation.
• HR domain experience is preferred.
• Work primarily during US business hours (9 am - 6 pm US EST).
• Assist with implementation projects and configuration.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Report and track bugs and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS implementation.
• Familiarity with HR domain.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, high-impact environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Experience with configuration and testing.
• Ability to maintain documentation of customer settings.
• Experience in customer success roles is a plus.
