As a Senior Marketing Multimedia Specialist, you will function as a high-impact, senior creative contributor responsible for elevating Boldr’s brand narrative across multimedia, digital, and campaign channels.

In Short

  • Own the full creative lifecycle for high-impact multimedia and digital assets.
  • Lead the asset pipeline ensuring all creative is produced on schedule.
  • Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all outputs.
  • Drive excellence within the creative production workflow.
  • Transform long-form content into a multi-format, marketing-ready library of assets.
  • Use advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to align creative output with strategy.
  • Manage multiple complex creative projects and competing deadlines.
  • Support onboarding and mentor junior creatives.
  • Proactively introduce new tooling and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in multimedia design or marketing content creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
  • Proven ability to transform long-form content into high-impact assets.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively.
