Overview

As a Property Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate property-level accounting records and ensuring timely financial reporting.

In Short

• Download and review prior-day bank transactions, creating corresponding journal entries in Sage.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations accurately and timely.
• Generate and maintain the Owners Cash Report monthly.
• Provide support during the audit process by ensuring records are properly tracked.
• Support general bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
• Execute clerical and administrative tasks related to accounting.
• Safekeep all financial documents and ensure organized filing.
• Organize and track audit and tax invoices.
• Share completed reports with the portfolio team.
• Monitor distributions received on the Monday.com distribution board.
