This position may be filled anywhere in the United States but will be supporting our Great Lakes region, covering our Chicago, IL, Buffalo, NY, and Pittsburgh, PA offices.

In Short

• Lead the development of proposal materials and manage the pursuit process.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates and client leaders for effective pursuit strategies.
• Create and update marketing materials within brand standards.
• Conduct marketing research to support market and office strategies.
• Lead local/regional marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the firm’s offerings and personnel.
• Support training and development of Marketing Specialists.
• Maintain proposal filing systems and Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Establish trusted relationships with pursuit leaders.
• May require travel to CannonDesign offices in the Great Lakes region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry preferred.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and innovative.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Ability to drive complex pursuits end-to-end.
• Solid skills in strategic thinking, writing, and design.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in Deltek Vantagepoint, Sharepoint, Open Asset, and Miro is a plus.

• Salary range of $69,000 to $86,500 annually.
