As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll be part of our Marketing team, focusing on The Clarient Group, a leader in smart building consulting and technology engineering.

In Short

• Lead development of proposal materials and strategic messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing peers and client leaders.
• Conduct market research to support client engagement.
• Develop strong knowledge of the firm’s offerings.
• Support training and development of Marketing Specialists.
• Maintain Salesforce for clients and pursuits.
• Drive large, complex pursuits end-to-end.
• Participate in external marketing activities.
• Manage proposal filing systems.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience required.
• Experience in marketing or communications role.
• Strong proficiency with InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Ability to drive complex pursuits.
• Solid strategic thinking, writing, and design skills.
• Familiarity with Deltek CRM Vision and Miro is a plus.
