EDI Configuration Analyst - Remote

Overview

The EDI Configuration Analyst will operate as a part of SmithRx’s growing Adjudication Platform Team, working cross-functionally to develop and implement streamlined solutions to electronic data integration workflows.

In Short

• Ensure project implementation resources are executing on implementation of the solution in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary technical contact on all eligibility and data integration discussions.
• Attend implementation meetings to provide guidance on technical integration processes.
• Lead and/or assist in solution configuration and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electronic data sharing issues.
• Develop proficiency on SmithRx data process flows.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to implementation staff and clients.
• Manage implementation resources on project execution.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical team members.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4-6 years EDI experience required.
• Intermediate skill in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel.
• Robust analytical skills and critical thinking about data.
• General understanding of Healthcare Industry players.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and written.
• Self-starter mentality with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
