Overview

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our Director of Marketing in executing high-impact campaigns and events, bridging the gap between creative design, digital operations, and event logistics.

In Short

• Assist with the full lifecycle of client events, including venue logistics and on-the-ground coordination.
• Plan and execute digital workshops and webinars, managing technical setups and promotions.
• Create visually appealing assets for digital ads, website graphics, and social media.
• Draft engaging copy for emails, blogs, and social posts using AI tools.
• Manage the social content calendar, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Update and maintain website content and landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
• Manage marketing data within HubSpot CRM for leads and opportunities.
• Present updates to stakeholders and interact with prospects and clients.
• Occasional travel within the USA and Canada may be required.

Requirements

• Experience in event management and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and CRM.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with audiences on social media.
