Finance Associate - Remote

Overview

AVEVA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Associate to support day-to-day finance operations in Colombia, focusing on tax outsourcing coordination and account reconciliations.

In Short

• Review National and District Magnetic Media reports according to regulations.
• Manage the RADIAN platform for electronic invoices.
• Complete DANE surveys timely.
• Prepare and submit F10 reports on foreign exchange obligations.
• Record accounts payable and verify supporting documents.
• Execute monthly accounting reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and annual accounting closings.
• Post and reconcile payroll transactions.
• Coordinate with external tax outsourcing providers.
• Support audits with necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (A MUST).
• 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Knowledge of bank operations and reconciliations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
