• Looking for a motivated Finance Associate to support the digital energy market revolution.
• Optimize financial planning and enhance controlling processes.
• Support funding and financing activities.
• Prepare Board Meetings and conduct Investor Reporting.
• Generate statistical reports and fulfill reporting requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements with accountants.
• Automate and optimize accounting processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of full-time experience in finance, controlling, or consulting.
• Strong skills in financial data analysis, especially in financial planning using Excel.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL for data processing.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and processes.
• Good communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2-C1).
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills.
