As a Social Media & Content Creator, your mission is to grow and engage Ostrom’s online communities by showcasing our brand, product benefits, and content in a compelling way.

In Short

• Implement and manage social media strategy across various platforms.
• Act as the internal creator and brand ambassador.
• Stay on top of trends and push creative boundaries.
• Independently shoot and edit videos and create content.
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team.
• Write and proofread blog posts on sustainability topics.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in social media management.
• Based in Berlin or able to regularly be in the office.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Mastery of video editing tools.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
