In Short

• Support the team in written customer support (email or chat) - fast, friendly, and solution-oriented.
• Ensure smooth operational processes, e.g., during customer changes or inquiries about invoices and tariffs.
• Find pragmatic and sustainable solutions for clarification cases with efficiency.
• Learn about energy industry topics such as market communication and EDIFACT.
• Assist in setting up new market partners and support the billing process.
• Contribute ideas and help improve processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
• Currently studying or in a gap year.
• Enjoy working in a structured and solution-oriented manner, even in hectic times.
• Have a passion for helping customers and simplifying complex topics.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
