Overview

The Finance Associate is pivotal in driving efficient and accurate financial operations across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer and Supplier Reconciliations, and Supply Chain Cost Accounting, ensuring the integrity of financial data and supporting working capital management.

• Manage Core Finance Operations including AR/AP ledgers and invoicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA-K certification is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and COGS.
• Involvement in month-end close processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Exposure to donor-funded projects and fund management.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Comfortable working remotely with virtual teams.
• Familiarity with international finance and IFRS compliance.
