Finance Associate - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Associate to join our team and assist with the firm's routine bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting operations. This position will provide bookkeeping and general accounting support to the Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

In Short

• Full-time remote position with occasional travel for in-person events.
• Support the Controller/Accounting Manager with accounting functions.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and fiscal policies.
• Respond to accounting-related matters outside of standard hours during busy periods.
• Conduct transaction research and support ad hoc financial reporting.
• Maintain communication for timely issue resolution.
• Propose and post approved journal entries.
• Monitor accounting-related communications for timely responses.

Requirements
