In Short

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments
• Reconcile bank statements and verify transaction accuracy
• Maintain and update the general ledger and financial records
• Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
• Support audit preparation and compliance activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
