Overview

Banza is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate to join their finance team, contributing to financial planning and analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

• Maintain and analyze financial reporting for business leaders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficient in managing complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Understanding of financial statements and their implications.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in financial model building.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
