Knowledge Management Intern - Remote

Overview

At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Intern to join our Quality team for a 6-month internship in Amsterdam.

In Short

• Collaborate with internal Process Managers and stakeholders to map and document internal processes.
• Create clear and concise work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist content creators in developing and organizing knowledge articles within our internal CRM system.
• Conduct research to support knowledge management initiatives.
• Maintain and update knowledge management systems and databases.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Facilitate process and system training based on SOP updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Quality team.
• Analyze data related to the utilization of the knowledge management platform.
• Contribute to projects related to future of work and AI implementation.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems and tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data related to learning penetration rates.
• Knowledge or experience using HTML is a plus.
