Overview

Bridgestone Mobility Solutions is looking for passionate graduate students to join our Customer Success Central Quality Team in our office in Amsterdam. You will work alongside Solution Architects and Service Delivery Managers on cutting-edge customer-facing platforms utilizing state-of-the-art technologies.

In Short

• Collaborate on developing core AI/ML capabilities.
• Work on diverse projects spanning Customer Operations process and platform design.
• Apply advanced machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.
• Develop core AI/ML models and algorithms for customer use cases.
• Refine use case conversational models using Agentforce platforms.
• Integrate generative AI solutions into products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Currently studying for a master’s degree in computer science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with Generative AI technology and Large Language Models.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
