Overview

As a Learning & Development Intern at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, you will focus on soft skills development within the Customer Success department, coordinating blended learning delivery and designing training content.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Advanced level of English.
