Overview

The Technical Customer Care Specialist II provides technical support to customers to ensure satisfaction with the company's products and services, working remotely and engaging with customers to resolve issues.

  • Experience with SQL preferred.
  • Drug testing required for employment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience with interaction distribution systems like Genesys Pure Cloud.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Ability to write and interpret SQL queries is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
