Overview

Dealer.com is seeking a Technical Customer Care Specialist II to join their remote call center team, providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

In Short

  • Must have a high school diploma/GED and relevant experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and CRM experience.
  • Flexible work hours based on Eastern Time.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with cloud-based telephone systems and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CMS, and Networking is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
