Overview

The vAuto Performance Manager is responsible for client retention and revenue growth through strategic account management and relationship building with automotive dealers.

In Short

  • Manage 100-140 accounts across multiple software applications.
  • Enhance client utilization of vAuto products.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop strategic action plans.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee account launch processes for customer success.
  • Work with at-risk clients to retain relationships.
  • Encourage client participation in product workshops.
  • Engage in best practices exchange across teams.
  • Participate in product development sessions.
  • Travel 50% of the time within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in a related field.
  • 7 years of retail automotive management experience preferred.
  • Experience with vAuto and other automotive products is a plus.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and resilience.
  • Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-focused with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to articulate ideas effectively.
