Overview

The vAuto Performance Manager is responsible for client retention and maximizing revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in a related field.
  • 7 years of retail automotive management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and automotive management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional listening and client service skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to engage clients effectively in virtual settings.
  • Clear understanding of automotive industry dynamics.
