In Short

  • Manage, maintain, and retain dealer accounts within an assigned book of business.
  • Advocate for dealer success to reduce churn and problem-solve issues.
  • Onboard, train, and support dealer accounts using standard practices.
  • Ensure dealers have the resources available to enable their success.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Dealer Operations teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealer senior leaders.
  • Monitor and resolve dealer escalations with involved functional areas.
  • Serve as liaison between the Dealer and Dealer Operation teams.
  • Learn about new or upcoming products and features.
  • Support a team environment with strong morale and positive energy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in relationship management in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in digital media advertising.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of excellent client service.
  • Ability to travel domestically by car and airplane.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Ability to communicate client requirements effectively.
  • High integrity, self-starter, strong work ethic.
