Overview

The Senior Employee Relations Business Partner is responsible for providing guidance, support, and recommendations on various levels of employee relations issues, while building strong partnerships with management and HR teams.

• Serve as employee relations expert, providing guidance on employee concerns and conducting investigations.
• Manage multiple issues for competing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with HR and Legal teams to resolve employee inquiries and concerns.
• Document investigations and findings according to best practices.
• Analyze employee relations trends to improve engagement.
• Champion compliance and educate employees on company policies.
• Work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Travel up to 30% for investigations as needed.
• Possibility to work 100% remotely.
• Clear a pre-employment drug test.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 4 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations and employment laws.
• Exceptional coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong influencing skills with management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and share data effectively.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Service Now or similar case management systems preferred.
