Employee Relations Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Employee Relations Business Partner serves as a consultant to the organization, providing support and guidance on Employee and Labor Relation issues, while also managing data and case documentation.

In Short

• Support the ACC by assigning and managing cases.
• Design and produce reports based on case management data.
• Attend investigations and assist in training for higher-level cases.
• Provide corrective action recommendations to leaders.
• Respond to reported concerns and support investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality in all employee relations matters.
• Create and provide metrics and reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, Labor, and Legal experts.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Assist in leadership training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 1 year of HR work experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Skills in conducting investigations and conflict resolution.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and provide training to leaders.
• Experience in a unionized environment is preferred.
• Ability to develop an equitable and inclusive workplace.
