Overview

The Sr. Employee Relations Business Partner is responsible for providing guidance, support, and recommendations on various levels of employee relations issues while building strong partnerships with all levels of management.

In Short

  • Provide expert guidance on employee concerns and conduct investigations.
  • Document investigations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and management to resolve employee inquiries.
  • Analyze employee relations trends to improve engagement.
  • Own employee relations cases and document findings.
  • Assist with information gathering for legal complaints.
  • Work independently with a sense of urgency.
  • Travel up to 30% for investigations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • 4 years of experience in employee relations or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations and employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to advise HR Business Partners and management.
  • Experience with case management systems preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Ability to work 100% remotely with periodic travel.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
