Overview

The Customer Care Specialist II provides support to customers through various channels, ensuring a positive experience and resolving inquiries related to company products and services.

In Short

  • Handle inbound customer requests via calls and support tickets.
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Document customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Work remotely and flexible hours during business operations.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding billing, account management, and technical issues.
  • May provide training to customers on product usage.
  • Resolve issues or escalate complex problems to technical experts.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in a drug-free workplace environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Experience in customer service or contact center operations preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry software is a plus.
  • Ability to document and report on customer inquiries effectively.
  • Willingness to clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Experience in a remote working environment is beneficial.
