Overview

The Customer Care Specialist II position involves managing a high volume of customer inquiries through various communication channels while maintaining quality service and support.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service or contact center experience.
  • Preferred experience in the automotive industry or logistics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
