Overview

In Short

  • Remote position with working hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm PST.
  • Manage customer inquiries and orders with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Perform outbound communication with physician offices to resolve order issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Engage with the Sales team to anticipate customer needs.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service within healthcare or biotech.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but relevant experience may be considered.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or biotech.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle inquiries with empathy.
  • Experience in order management and physician outreach.
  • Ability to analyze trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and general office environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Proficiency in using various communication channels (phone, email, fax).
  • Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams.
  • Passionate about improving patient care and customer experience.
