Overview

The Customer Care Specialist will act as a liaison, provide service information and resolve any emerging issues a customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer requests.
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods/tools.

  • Update customer records and contract information.
  • Respond to customer email requests.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or commercial collections.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet-based solutions.
  • Self-disciplined with strong organizational skills.
