Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
