Overview

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for handling customer care support, managing special projects, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders regarding electronic ordering initiatives.

In Short

  • Handle all duties associated with Customer Care Support.
  • Manage special projects within the department.
  • Maintain partnerships with EDI Optimization team.
  • Act as a point of contact for electronic ordering initiatives.
  • Assist with SAP reporting and order maintenance.
  • Participate in training activities for new employees.
  • Write and maintain Customer Care knowledge documents.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SAP and order management systems.
  • 5 years relevant work experience required.
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5 years relevant work experience required.
  • Customer Care Experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder deliverables.
  • Experience with SAP and order management systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to participate in training of new procedures.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
